Bolognese sauce known in Italian as Ragù Alla Bolognese, pronounced is a meat-based sauce in Italian cuisine, typical of the city of Bologna. It is customarily used to dress Tagliatelle al Ragù and to prepare Lasagne Alla Bolognese. Bolognese is so much more than just a meat sauce. It’s the ultimate way to transform a package of ground beef into something show-stopping. When the temperature starts to drop, what sounds better than pasta smothered in rich, hearty, umami-bomb bolognese? Nothing. Developing these delicious flavours, however, takes a little bit of time. It can be stored in the refrigerator for approx. 3 days after opening. It cannot be frozen. To be consumed preferably immediately - if stored in the refrigerator (max 7 ° C). Perishable after opening. Suitable for refrigerating at home on the day of purchase. Use within 3 days.

Use

Pan: heat while stirring, do not let it boil. Microwave (800 Watt): place the lid loosely on the container. Heat the sauce for 1.5 minutes, stir briefly and then heat for another minute. Stir the sauce before serving.
