Boekweitnoedels met zoete aardappel - glutenvrij
Boekweit is in de Nederlandse keuken steeds meer een plekje aan het veroveren. In Japan wordt er al eeuwen met dit glutenvrije product gewerkt. Onze boekweitnoodles bestaan voor 95% uit boekweit en voor 5% uit zoete aardappel. Ze zijn lekker in combinatie met miso(soep), zeewier en Japanse smaakmakers als tamari, mirin en sesamolie.
Deze glutenvrije noodles bestaan uit boekweit (95%) en zoete aardappel (5%). Passen perfect bij wokgerechten, zeewier en miso(soep). In 5 minuten op tafel!

Gebruik
Kook in 3-4 minuten gaar in ruim kokend water. Giet af en spoel af met koud water.
Bewaar na openen luchtdicht op een droge, donkere plek op kamertemperatuur (max 20 °C).
