Jumilla.
De stamvader van de Bodega, Don Jose Molina, was als militair officier gestationeerd op het Filippijnse eiland Luzon en kwam in 1814 terug naar Jumilla, waar hij de Bodega startte. Met de naam van het bedrijf eert hij het mooie eiland waar hij zoveel jaar heeft doorgebracht. Deze wijn is gemaakt van 50% Macabeo (Viura) en 50% Sauvignon Blanc, een typische combinatie die veel voorkomt. Het levert een heerlijk toegankelijke frisse wijn op met tropisch fruit en passievrucht en een licht alcohol percentage van 12%. Lekker op het terras of bij een witvis.
Deze wijn is gemaakt van de druiven Macabeo (Viura) en Sauvignon Blanc.
