Dame de Cleve blanc wordt gemaakt door Jacques Frelin, welke sinds 1983 biologische wijnen maakt in Frankrijk. Overigens is Jacques één van de schrijvers geweest welke heeft mee geschreven aan de regeles voor de Europeese biologische wijnbouw! Dame de Clever blanc is gemaakt van verschillende witte druiven rassen; Colombard en Ugni Blanc. De wijn is fris, sappig en heeft een lichte kruidigheid. Lekker als aperitief of bij een salade (met peulvruchten)
