Scrappy’s Bitter Aromatic mag niet ontbreken in het Scrappy’s portfolio. Dit is hun variant van de Aromatic bitters die veelal gebruikt wordt in klassieke cocktailrecepten. Deze cocktailbitters uit Amerika voegen balans en een beetje pit toe aan je favoriete sterke drank.

Scrappy’s Bitters is in 2008 opgericht door Miles Thomas, voormalig bartender in Seattle. In zijn bartender carrière miste hij vaak de smaaktoevoegingen van de cocktailbitters die toen op de markt waren. Miles verdiepte zich daarom zelf in de wereld van kruiden, extractie en wat je er allemaal mee kan doen. Sinds 2008 wordt elke Scrappy’s Bitters handgemaakt in Seattle, WA.
