This sauvignon blanc is creamy and fresh, with tropical flavors and a full and long finish. In the aftertaste you find a strong pallet of nuts and butter.
Good fruit, early-ish harvest. Hand-picked. This wine is made from the sauvignon blanc grape from the France region Corbières. The grape is grown by conventional agriculture methods. The wine is made by fermentation in wooden barrels, the entire fermentation process took place in a controlled temperature. After the finished fermentation, the wine was aged in wooden barrels (500L - second year use) for the next ten months. The result is a rounded wine, full of taste, with tropical aroma's and recognizable freshness.
