Inname van vitamine B12 via het mondslijmvlies (onder de tong) zorgt voor een optimale opname van vitamine B12. Zowel de vorm methylcobalamine als de vorm adenosylcobalamine zijn de biologisch actieve vormen van B12 en zijn dus goed opneembaar.
Deze B12 Combi 10.000 bevat: 5000µg Methylcobalamine (Vitamine B12), 5000µg Adenosylcobalamine (Vitamine B12) en 600µg Folaat (5-MTHF, Quatrefolic).
