AOV 330 Vitamine C Ascorbinezuur Poeder bevat een handig doseerlepeltje om gemakkelijk de gewenste hoeveelheid af te meten. De vitamine C kan worden opgelost in water. Vitamine C ondersteunt de afweer en zorgt mede, naast andere belangrijke stoffen zoals vitamine D, voor een goede weerstand. Daarnaast is vitamine C belangrijk voor de bloedvaten, voor het behoud van sterke botten en tanden en voor een gezonde huid. Ten slotte speelt vitamine C een rol bij de opname van ijzer.

Dosering
3x daags 1 gram (= circa 0,5 doseerlepeltje) oplossen in water bij een maaltijd, tenzij anders geadviseerd. De aanbevolen dosering niet overschrijden.
