Lange vatting voor de Syrah 30 dagen, voor de Grenache en Mourvèdre 22 dagen.
Strenge temperatuurcontrole.
Alleen rijping in tank voor deze reserve.
Gebotteld na 4 jaar rijping.
Alleen ongefilterde Collé-wijn.
PROEVEN
De blend Grenache Syrah Mourvèdre produceert complexere wijnen.
Niet erg fruitig in hun jeugd, maar met veel complexiteit waardoor ze geschikt zijn voor rijping.
Ideaal bij vlees in saus, Provençaalse stoofpot of bij wild.
Erg leuk met een oude provincie.
