Zuiver plantaardig geleermiddel voor stevige vleesgelei en pastei, lekkere marmelades, taartcouverture, groentegeleis of snijdbare spijzen. Het perfecte alternatief voor dierlijke gelatine. Bereiding: Geleerproduct agar-agar volgende de doseringsaanwijzing in de koude vloeistof roeren, opkoken en 2 min. lichtelijk laten garen terwijl u roert. Voor koude substanties: 2 g geleerproduct BIO-agar-agar met 100 ml koude vloeistof in een kleine pot door elkaar roeren, opkoken en 1 min. laten garen. Ietwat laten afkoelen, vervolgens de koude ingrediënten geleidelijk toevoegen en erdoorheen roeren. Liever niet omgekeerd.
