Beschrijving: Beschrijving De aduki is het roodbruine boontje van een éénjarige vlinderbloemige klimplant. Deze boon is kleiner en ronder dan bijvoorbeeld witte bonen of zwarte bonen. Adukis zijn notig en ietwat zoetig en worden daarom in heel Azië met name in zoete gerechten gebruikt. In Europa en Amerika kent deze boon echter ook hartige toepassingen. Adukibonen week je eerst een nachtje, waarna je ze kookt en verder verwerkt. Maak er zelf bonenpasta van als basis voor een Aziatisch dessert of gebruik ze voor eigentijdse verrassende brownies of humus. Daarnaast doen ze het ontkiemd bijzonder goed als variant op taugé!
