TomorrowSinds een jaar of twee is ILLIMANI bezig met het concept Explore-Coffee, waarbij de kennis en ervaring op de koffie uit Bolivia wordt toegepast op koffie uit andere streken in met name Zuid Amerika. Tijdens een aantal reizen in Colombia, Peru en Brazilië, zijn we te gast geweest bij uiteenlopende koffieplantages. Zo hebben we in Colombia de beroemde Geisha’s gezien, in Peru de plantages in Villa Rica en in Brazilie de kleine en grotere plantages met prachtige Bourbon en Catuaí in de bergen van Minas Gerais en het noorden van de staat Sao Paulo. Over deze laatste reis is een artikel verschenen in het september nummer Cafe de Europe.
