Monarch van Wijndomein Auansati is een verfijnde rode wijn uit Gelderland, geproduceerd in de Betuwe. Deze fruitige en heerlijk geurende wijn, gemaakt van de Monarch-druif, biedt een mooie balans met rijpe smaken van zwarte bessen en pruimen, verrijkt met subtiele tonen van chocolade en specerijen. De rijping op eikenhouten vaten geeft deze wijn extra body zonder zwaar te worden, resulterend in een soepele en gebalanceerde afdronk.

Over Wijndomein Auansati
Wijndomein Auansati, gelegen in Kerk-Avezaath in de Betuwe, is een kleinschalige wijngaard van ongeveer 0,5 hectare. Jan Everts en Karin Eizema zijn in 2015 begonnen met het opzetten van de wijngaard, en in 2019 hebben ze hun eerste druiven geoogst. Hun doel is om gezonde druiven te kweken en mooie wijnen te maken, puur uit passie voor het wijnmaakproces. De wijngaard werkt zoveel mogelijk biologisch en met respect voor het milieu.
