De blaadjes van de theeplant zitten boordevol antioxidanten. Van oorsprong werd het in Aziatische landen gebruikt als hartmedicijn, om spijsvertering te versnellen en om wondjes te helen. De aanwezige cafeïne (in thee ook wel theïne genoemd) in groene thee stimuleert de verwijdering van vetten uit de vetcellen door middel van een versnelde enzymatische reactie. 2 capsules in één inname 's morgens innemen tijdens de maaltijd met een groot glas water. Aanbevolen hoeveelheid niet overschrijden. Mag niet gebruikt worden door zwangere vrouwen of vrouwen die borstvoeding geven en kinderen onder de 18 jaar. Mag niet gebruikt worden als je op dezelfde dag andere producten inneemt die groene thee bevatten en niet op een lege maag.
