Tijdens deze kortdurende, stand-alone variant uit de Ticket to Ride spellenreeks strijden de spelers tegen elkaar om de meest lucratieve handelsroutes te claimen, contracten te voltooien en waardevolle handelswaren te verzamelen uit de straten van deze legendarische stad.
In deze uitgave van Ticket to Ride zijn treinkaarten vervangen door speciale transportkaarten en ook de miniatuurtreintjes zijn anders, dit zijn nu miniaturen van plastic karren, geheel in stijl van de 17e eeuw. Bovendien krijg je handelsbonuskaarten door routes met het kar-symbool te claimen, waarmee je bonuspunten scoort aan het einde van het spel.
