UITZONDERLIJKE SPECERIJEN OM DE SMAKEN VAN UW SALADES, GERECHTEN EN DESSERTS TE ONTHULLEN
Deze specerij, met zorg gemaakt in ons atelier, is het resultaat van een subtiel huwelijk tussen roze tijgercitroen, waaruit we zorgvuldig het sap en de etherische olie uit de schil hebben gehaald, en een delicate reductie. Vervolgens hebben we deze azijncrème verrijkt met een vleugje gember, voor een unieke smaakbeleving.
Gebruiksaanwijzing:
Geef je gerechten een twist met onze Rose Tiger Citroen- en Gemberazijncrème! Door zijn perfecte textuur is het een ideaal decoratief element op uw borden, terwijl zijn uitzonderlijke smaak uw salades verrijkt, uw vinaigrettes vervangt en een vleugje pit geeft aan uw vis, kazen (vooral verse geitenkaas), zomergroenten en zelfs uw desserts (ijs crèmes, appeltaarten, fruitsalades, enz.). Onmisbaar voor een verfijnde keuken vol smaken.
